At Telecommunications Technical Services (TTS), safety is our top priority. We strive to build a safety culture that fosters good habits and establishes norms for how we operate. Our goal is to prevent future accidents and achieve zero workplace injuries, which we believe is attainable.
Transparency is key to our safety culture. We analyze and report incidents to learn from them, not to assign blame or punishment. Employees are obligated to report accidents and near misses immediately so we can understand and prevent future incidents.TTS’ wireless deployment teams adhere to standards set by:
BICSI (Building Industry Consulting Services International)
NFPA (National Fire Protection Association)
OSHA (Occupational Safety and Health Administration)
NATE (National Association of Tower Erectors)
Each TTS field team member is trained and certified on all required technical deployment guidelines according to their respective position along with industry leading OSHA standards, First Aid/CPR, blood borne pathogens, and risk prevention and control.
