Keith Marshall - Chief Executive Officer
Mr. Marshall possesses over 25 years of experience in the Telecommunications Engineering Industry. Starting with his experience in the United States Air Force he studied Satellite and Microwave RF Engineering; serving two tours in the Middle East, he honed his in-depth knowledge of wireless networks and RF technologies. Mr. Marshall furthered his expertise at the Georgia Institute of Technology in Atlanta, GA as an Electrical Engineer major specializing in Telecommunications. Working with TTS leadership and management teams he leads from within our growing organization. He has been a Subject Matter Expert for over 15 years on various Technologies; including 2G, 3G, 4G, 5G, Small Cell, DAS, Wi-Fi, IoT, Fiber-optic, Microwave and Satellite technologies. As a Certified General Contractor in several states as well as a Certified LV Electrical Contractor Mr. Marshall provides oversight to TTS' active programs nationally. Having been involved in network and product development for such companies as Nokia, Ericsson, Raycap and several others, Mr. Marshall continues to provide Executive leadership throughout the industry with a determined, focused team supporting TTS' clients needs. Upon founding TTS in 2008 Mr. Marshall constructed a phenomenal team of professionals and continues to lead the industry in a positive and definitive manner. His desire to understand each evolution of new technology in the industry for the push to 5G coupled with his passion for TTS to be the lead Telecommunications service provider nationwide ensuring Quality is Delivered daily.
Mr. Marshall enjoys spending his spare time with his wife and three wonderful children on a beach.
Elizabeth Lodge - Chief Financial Officer
Mrs. Lodge has over 30 years of experience in various financial roles across multiple disciplines. With extensive experience in management and accounting related fields she is the leader of financial planning and direction within the organization. She has extensive experience in a hospital setting, the transportation industry, property management and the telecommunications industry. Being able to pull from multiple areas of expertise helps her keep the organization running effectively. Worldwide Telecommunication markets and our nationwide financial economy drive Mrs. Lodge’s ideals.
Pascal Gagnon - Chief Operating Officer
Mr. Gagnon draws from 30 years of experience in the Wireless Service Provider Industry where he has occupied several positions from Technician to Manager to Director and Vice President while deploying Wireless Networks, Transmission Networks and Training for major Canadian Wireless carriers. Among some of his greatest achievements; Mr. Gagnon, who is a long term visionary, implemented acquisitions between Telecommunications Technical Services (TTS) and multiple tower service companies across the United States. These acquisitions allowed TTS to offer our customers an all–inclusive service solution which included; Site Acquisition, Installation, Commissioning, Integration, Support and Training. With his primary focus at TTS providing oversight to the great people that make up a continually growing organization, Mr. Gagnon cultivates our teams in a positive manner to create a wonderful, productive workplace nationwide.
Michel Elkas - Chief Revenue Officer
Michel Elkas joined TTS in December of 2014 taking on pivotal roles directly influencing the future of the company, from new business sales, installed client base sales, marketing, and partner strategy. Currently, as Chief Revenue Officer, Mr. Elkas is responsible for the company’s national telecommunications expansion strategy and corporate growth operations, overseeing significant market segments such as Public Safety, EME deployments through the TTS Group of Companies and it's affiliates.
Mr. Elkas' responsibilities and achievements through the year have contributed to the creation of a national presence and productivity initiatives, forming new business alliances and strategic partnerships, overseeing governmental affairs, enhancing the TTS Group presence in the Public Safety arena and providing functional support.
Throughout his career, Mr. Elkas held various key positions such as President and CEO of Spec-Com Services, Inc., now part of the TTS Group, 3 years as President of Telecommunications with Progressive Communications, Executive Vice President and Head of Business Development for Telecommunications Technical Services – TTS, COO at JMT-EMCOR and over 25 combined years with Lucent Technologies, Siemens, ROLM/IBM in various management roles. His strong telecommunications background started out with Bell Canada / Nortel in Montreal. Born in Sherbrooke, Que., Canada, Michel is bilingual in French and English. He attended the College Edouard Montpetit de Longueuil in Quebec (French CEGEP) and graduated Cum Laude with an English degree in Marketing and Liberal Arts at Oakland University in Michigan. Mr. Elkas is married and has 2 children (twins). By bringing Mr. Elkas as our CRO, TTS sends a clear message: “our company wants a growth hacker” with a passion for growing business while enhancing it's future direction, a fast growing RF segment and In-Building and Government Affairs.
Stuart Huffstutler - Director of Sales
With over 20 years of sales and service experience in the telecommunications industry, Stuart Huffstutler joins the TTS team having cemented his reputation as a high energy leader with a penchant for business development. His experience leading diverse sales and service groups instilled a keen intuition for strategic leadership and adaptability. Mr. Huffstutler excels as both a team-oriented mentor and champion of customer satisfaction. Stuart has led teams for both wireless carriers and systems integrators. During his career, he has worked on projects throughout the US and Canada with carriers, federal government, state and local government, healthcare, OEM’s, education, commercial real estate and enterprise accounts. Stuart holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Tennessee in Economics.
Owen Izevbigie - Director of Operations
As a leader at TTS leader for over 10 years Mr. Izevbigie has risen through the ranks in the TTS family. Bringing over 2 decades of project management experience in the telecommunications industry to the organization, his leadership and steady demeanor shines through daily. During this tenure he has managed all aspects of the telecommunications delivery life cycle from end to end. Mr. Izevbigie's experience with nationwide deployments from search ring and site acquisition, through equipment deployment and end of life decommission, has provided him with a distinct skillset bolstered by his understanding of how each aspect of the project life cycle affects the others. As a certified Project Management Professional, Mr. Izevbigie has used the PMBOK principles and approaches to help structure and kickoff nationwide programs through the development and fleshing out of necessary standards and processes. While at TTS, Mr. Izevbigie has utilized this knowledge base to manage a multitude of programs and projects, head an Architecture and Engineering department, as well as function as the primary liaison for various governmental and jurisdictional entities, providing our customers with a full turnkey experience.
Aaron Merritt - Head of Technical Operations
For over 10 years Mr. Merritt has been at the forefront of the company when starting new projects throughout the United States. He evaluates processes and procedures to ensure TTS is set to deliver accurate and complete projects for our various customers. In this time he has provided Technical oversight of Deployment Activities, Installation, Integration, Field Services and Engineering services as well as providing valuable troubleshooting skills across a wide range of technologies and equipment solutions with his entire team. Mr. Merritt partners with Carriers and OEMs to develop and verify successful implementation programs utilizing 2G, 3G, WiMAX, 4G, LTE, Microwave, Fiber, IoT, Small Cell and DAS Technologies. He also consults with multiple Federal clients, cellular carriers, OEMs and Hardware Manufacturers to allow TTS to provide Technical Documentation creation and oversight for new products and processes as well as Technology equipment upgrades worldwide.
Robert Nevin - Safety & Process Manager
Mr. Nevin has been involved with safety and safety management since very early in his career, either as an Office Safety Representative or Company Safety Manager. He has also been an American Red Cross CPR/First Aid Instructor since 2010. Mr. Nevin joined TTS in 2013 where he started as a member of Project Support, and quickly earned his position of Company Safety Manager, through proactive involvement to ensure TTS’ industry OSHA compliance on all levels, and editing and improving the company safety procedures, to qualify and become registered as a NATE STAR Initiative Member, and genuine concern for all employees. Completing his Safety Manager certification through the National Association of Student Personnel Administrators (NASPA) Mr. Nevin draws on his knowledge to ensure Safety objectives continue to be met within the organization.
Richard Kapteyn - Procurement Manager
A result oriented, quality driven, warehousing logistics leader, with an eye for improving operational efficiencies and optimizing costs. Richard brings more than 20 years of experience to TTS in the areas of warehousing, logistics and purchasing in several industries including wireless communications, paper and oilfield services. Richard has been responsible for managing and controlling the successful flow of materials to ensure the effective movement, distribution, and delivery of materials for customer and company projects – in Canada and the United States.
Rebecca White - Human Resources Manager
Ms. White has been with TTS since 2016, and serves the organization and all team members as a Human Resources Manager. As a certified Human Resources Manager via the Human Resources Standards Institute Ms. White oversees numerous Human Resources services, including employee support, corporate compliance, benefit administration and payroll. Always positive and upbeat, Ms. White is an invaluable member of the TTS team.
